Mô tả Công việc

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product development strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Leading product development: Overseeing the entire product development process, from concept generation, packaging design, to commercialization and beyond
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working with technical, marketing, sales, and R&D, etc. to drive product initiatives
• Defining product vision and strategy: Ensuring products meet market needs and align with the company's goals by identifying market trends, consumer needs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Monitoring product performance post-launch and incorporating feedback into future development
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development in the food and beverage, FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of leading successful product development initiatives.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, organization and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in Vietnam.
• Proficient in English.
