Hạn nộp:15/05/2026Mức lương:Thỏa thuận Thông tin cơ bản Số lượng1Nơi làm việcHuyện Phú Quốc-Kiên GiangGiờ làm việcGiờ hành chínhLoại hìnhKhách sạn/ Khu căn hộResort/ Khu Du lịchNhà hàng/ Bar/ PubNgành nghềKinh doanh & tiếp thịVị tríNhân viênCập nhật10/04/2026 16:58 Sales:• Taking responsibility for Site inspection• Sending daily report to Sales team• Following up the contracts (receiving the contract from Sales/guests & submitting to so DOSM to sign, doing stamp on it & sending it back to Sales/guests..).• Supporting Meeting & Event Sales Manager to make the Banquet Event Order for small & simple events/meetings to send all departments.• Supporting Meeting & Event Sales Manager to finalize amount (Pro-forma invoice) & Chasing payment with the organizer of TA/ the end-user of Corp after group check out.• Updating changes of Mice groups to relating departments after receiving hand-over groups from Sales HCM/HN.• Providing the proposal quote of simple Events/Meeting (without rooms) for guests via email/phone.• Welcoming & saying goodbye to Mice groups at the lobby.Event:Work closely with Food and Beverage Department to:• Ensure everything is in order during the event planning process.• Manage all event set up, tear down and follow-up processes.• Maintain event budgets.• Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client's standards.• Assess an event's overall success and submit findings.Other Responsibilities:• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
